The stockroom is where items will go when removed from sale, either by expiration or selection,
this is also where items that were offered to your vendor will go if you purchase them.
It does have a limited time it will hold items, any item that reaches it expiration in stockroom is deleted.
When items are in the stockroom you can either withdraw them into your own inventory or relist them directly from the stock room.
