Assuming you mean things like %TT the answer is it doesn't seem to work. Thunderheart swears it does work and edited my guide to the profession stating that it does work when that guide was published as a feature on the website. No one has been able to provide a working proof of that to date even though the challenge to do so has been up for months and months now.

uhm, i tested it myselfe some weeks ago... with "/say %TT" by targeting someone. and it worked. im at work now, so ii cant test it now. but it would be great if it works on vendor barkings too!

Ok..I'm tired and grumpy because I'm working now and not sleeping but I just want to point out that I never said it didn't work for /say. It does. It doesn't work for vendors. Never has that I know of.

Once upon a time %target variables did work for barking, ages ago,
I had a speil that used eveything but the name was horrible I loved it ![]()
They currently do not work for vendor barking,
but do still work for everything else {say, macro, tell, etc}
