We need to have a way to allow others to sell items on our vendors.
Most people have severe trust issues, which is understandable based on the amount of screwing I see going on all over the trade forums, or the exploiters, or the outright thievery...
It seems so simple.....
- Vendor Radial menu options list would have an "Add Seller" button.
- Clicking the "Add Seller" button would start with "Seller Name?" which you would add.
- Next option (this whole thing is similar to the Barking option) would be "Item Limit?" which would give the seller the max number of items they can sell from this vendor.
- Merchant gets paid via "Vendor Owner Percentage?" which gives the owner a percentage of each sale. To make things safe, there could be an "agree" option for the new seller to set this percentage or cancel the entire thing (aka trade window).
- Merchant can remove Seller via radial menu, upon which all items get dumped into (area where purchased items go *brainfart*) for the seller to retrieve. Email notification of this will be sent.
- Vendors can not be removed/destroyed til these items are picked up or until timer expires.
- Same goes for houses with vendors in them. Can't redeed/destroy til vendors gone, can't remove vendor til items gone....
The seller can now safely list items on the merchant vendor without fear of getting painfully screwed. The merchant now has another source of income. Life becomes great, the Force gets balanced, all the bugs disappear.....well, at least sellers will be safe.
