Do I need a certain level of merchant to have my stuff show up on the bazaar under vendor search?

Out of curiousity, can we get a little more elaboration on that? I have "vendor search" enabled on all 8 of my vendors, yet if I go to the bazaar, I can't find my listed items. I'm still looking for an answer.

Hit the "vendor location" option on the bazaar terminal screen. That is where the vendor search items are.
