okay....so I play on a couple different servers, and run merchants on both. I log into my alt and walk to grab some resources off my storage vendor and lo and behold...I get an e-mail.....very mysterious for my vendor to leave a note and run off with my stuff....

The last time I logged in (less than 30 days ago) I know I had put stuff back up on that vendor. Even so, there should have been a full stock room and plenty of maintenence on the vendor.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem with their vendors disappearing with no notice of the vendor being empty, or that it was going to be deleted soon, nothing....just gone, poof, lock stock and barrel.

Already submitted a CSR ticket.....still waiting to hear back

Such utter BS.

There's no excuse for this kind of ineptitude in a subscribtion service.

I had heard it was 2 weeks inactive and you get a warning and 2 weeks more and poof. I have items on my vendors (1 unit of poor steel for 10c) that give me a timer to tell how long since I put something up for sale. I usually get to them before they are less than 15 days but sometimes it has been 10 or even 2 (close left before that item falls to the stock room.

Using that I can always tell which vendors need to have my attention so they won't go "poof" (Fingers crossed )
