I admit I hadn't checked a vendors status in a while. Yet I was startled to see that it was down to 18% and needed 12k to repair. Yet when I added 30k to the vendor, it still displayed the 12k to repair while at the same time it said "vendor operating normally" Does this mean I cannot repair the damage?
