Im getting this on what it seems, on all items that have been put back up forsale without the item touching the merchants inventory. It shows fine to the merchant but doing a seach for your own stuff on the bazaar or having a friend check your vendor will show whiether your effected. Only work around I've been able to work with is asking a merchant that happens to be around to take the item off and put it back up.Which works only if its touched his inventory(he was pissed that its not not showing the details and needed to remove it all)Bazaar items that are effected seem like they where put back up forsale using the vendor only (cause its even more a pain) recentlyand long enough for a server reset (8-12 days). /even if its not downloading the details on the bazaar I go to the vendor itself and still nothing, and Im seeing alot of ASmith vendors like this.

No one is going to buy items they can not see the details for (of course). I started this cause Im looking for padded. Alot of that gets placed back forsale over and over and is not showing the details on just those items. Some new items on the same vendor are showing fine the next one down nothin. Check your stuff on the bazaar and ask a PA friend ta check your stuff!

This is also not lag issue nor planet specific or server either...I just checkd this issue on starsider and gorath..my main is bria. Even waiting for several minutes or seeing that someone in the same zone shows fine confirms theres a problem.

Im wondering if this is it or if the merchant has lost the skill to find or search for their items?

this was something that came in with the CU and conversion, Merchants must pull to inventory and relist for window to properly update.

Tons refuse to do so, or do not know about it, and have just been restocking from the stockroom .

the secondary bug that is close to being the same but is not this problem, is the ifo on items like resources not showing in the listing line, but will show on examine.

All I recommend is if you find vendor that are not showing examine,
you form a very short simple polite request via email asking if the Merchant is aware of it, and suggesting the solution of pulling into inventory and restocking.

OK thats what Ive been doing...I feel for merchants as of 17 :/

Holy cow they know but arent going to prioritize this with even a hotfix or put it under known issues in game wow..ouch now I feel hurt

What information have you heard that told you they aren't going to prioritize or hotfix it?

Think you got on wrong line here Elyssa,
this is about the CU conversion where examine wont show details until the item is brought into inventory,
not the current bug that wont show armor or resources and resets with each server reset.

Ah.

My apologies.

I keep forgetting that there are some people that never adapted to the CU conversion thing.
It was the in-game help part that threw me off since the CU issue was listed there (but may be gone by now).
