I am currently experiencing an in-game email bug, that is kind of game breaking for me:
Simple said, all my emails are gone, any emails I get, while being offline are lost. I see the mails I get, while I am on, but the next time I log in, they are lost again.
Due to the in-game CSR this is a known bug and they work on it in the future. That is ok for me and I can live with getting no mails, BUT I am a Chef and have 6 vendors, which sell quite well. I am used to get a lot of mails with questions, suggestions, orders...
but now I don't get any info even, that and who wanted to contact me and even further, the customers will most likely think I am an arrogant §$%"$%, ignoring them.
Additionally i miss most of the information, how much demand was for specific products (e.g. how fast did they sell).
As I expect this not to get fixed in the near future, I ask for a temporarilly solution at least, so i stop "ignoring" costumers, that I'd like to take care for. It would be absolutely sufficient if there would be e.g. an auto-answer for incoming mails, so people would know at least of my problems.
This seems, though still not fitting perfect, the best place to ask for help, Doc do you think you can forward this matter, as I think especially merchants suffer, if this bug hits them.
Thanks in advance for anything that might be done.

The fix is in my guide under bugs. Make sure to do the command till it says it can no longer do it.

Your guide needs to be in all capital letters in another font and in bright yellow. I don't think anyone actually reads it except for the people who always quote it or say "yeah, read the guide". I see the same in most forums, people don't read the guides or FAQs. Not faulting them, if I was upset about a bug, I prolly wouldn't read em either, but people just need to learn to read a touch I guess.
You rock Draznar!

Stry'ker, our servers most successful weapon smith had this problem. Three CSR did not know how to help him. LOL. I found out that he had this problem and told him what to do. The sad part is that he had a bunch of inventory of his vendor (many million units of resources) dropped and was deleted, but he never new about it because his email was bugged. The CSRs response to this so far is that it "functions as designed." They do not get that the problem was the email bug, which has had a known fix (by us at least) for quite awhile. Lets just say he is quiting.

Thank you much for the fast reply and assistance. I confess, I didn't expected a solution in a merchant guide, I wasn't even sure it is a merchant topic. Furthermore after the csr answer, there was not much hope left in me, that there would be even a solution
Anyways, thumbs up for that guide and thank you again.
