Basic rule of thumb is to find your local guild hall - will probably bea Merchant Trainer there.

Aethal Sar, Weaponsmith. Retired from game - probably missing it already!

The University Guild Hall in most Major cities will have a Merchant Trainer. Thats easier than trying to remember waypoints.

You can also goto ctrl+P and the search tab ( I think??) and do a search for people with any Merchant title. That way you are helping out other people become Master and you won't have to spend thousands of credits to get your training.
