Ok here is my problem, i run a small radioactive shop...i have 2 vendors, a stock vendor and an actual sales vendor......if i was to pick up novice merchant, could i place another vendor, then drop novice merchant and have 3 vendors (but obviously only have a +250 item limit)

If you have more vendors than your current skill level allows, you will not be able to place any more items up for sale until you are below your limit.
