Check out the dev tracker, tiggs posted this...
"Based upon community feedback we have decided to take this design internally and work on it some more before we release it to Test Center.
We are leaving this thread open so you can continue to give us feedback and we can update you once the new design is posted.

I think is is now time to for us to try and get a proposal of how it can be made easier for consumers to find what they are looking for without, hurting the economy, and without making it impossible for start ups.
Just thought I'd let you all know about this change, it still doesn't seem to be very widely known
