Ok folks. Just wanted to show everyone what was happening in the near future with SWGMerchants.org:




This is a rough demo of how things will look. Each store will be it's own store. So if you sell multiple items, people will be able to order items from you directly from this site. I haven't actually tested out the ordering system yet, that will be tomorrow and early next week. Hopefully this will be up and ready to go by the beginning of march. Anyway check it out so far....

Try not to make orders or do anything pertaining to ordering, as I havent had a chance to test out those features. And dont mind the color scheme I was just playing around with something for myself. Each store I will customize to the Merchant's specs...including a logo and color scheme for thier own stores.

Hmm... I can see the value of something like this for people to place custom orders a la the old droid customisation > order tool.

I don't see it being something that people hold their stock on though as it's pain enough to maintain in game. Maybe the real hardcore merchants coining in millions per day will say different.

This is specifically for people who only have enough time to play a few hours a day, that spend 95% of thier time in game crafting and sifting through emails to find orders. That's who this is geared for.
