In my vendor I have options to sell thing is:
This Vendor;
Region;
Planet;
Galaxy;

Does this really place things on the Galaxy Bazaar by doing this? also It does not appear to be charging me anything. Not even the usual 20Cr.

any help would be great.

No, it doesn't. That's just a tool to allow you to see the merchandise, stockroom, available, etc. on all your vendors even if you have them scattered around the galaxy. Of course, in the current bugged state of vendors, it's unlikely many of us need that function unless you've put up multiple houses on different planets.

Its actually a hold-over from beta, when your vendors DID tie into the bazaar.

Its also the NUMBER ONE cause of the "deleted vendor/inaccessable stockroom" bug. It DEFAULTS to the "This region" setting. Makes no difference if you only have a single vendor. But new novice merchants setting uptheirsecond vendor see that they apparently have access to all of their stock through that second vendor... can put items up for sale. What they don't see is that the sales go on the "this region" tab, which is invisible to anyone but the vendor's owner.

And so they delete that clunky old Business3 terminal and consign all of their hard won goods to Limbo.

The region filter should be hot-fixed out of the vendor UI before anyone else makes that mistake.
