Why don’t vendors just take out a flat 5 to 10 percent fee when one of the items they are selling is either sold or retrieved by the owner from the stock room (or even every seven days)? Wouldn’t that be better than the crazy fees that rack up on high priced items that don’t sell? At least then I would be able to have a pricing structure that might allow me to make money instead of losing it on items like house deeds.

rsI made the same point, but was pretty much told that as an architect I should sell items without a vendor.

do
There is an issue with the rate of pay we give these vendors, We should seek the following
- What was expected, and to fix it...
- If we do not like the fix offer changes.
The fact is the whole thing is messed up, so we need to see what is RIGHT before we point out what is WRONG. Yes?

enOk you have a point there Marqie, but if we assume (which I know assuming is bad) that the terminal vendors are using the proper expense rates then we have a problem. Your whole stock may only cost 50K, but 1 item of mine is 50K. The variable rate system is too harsh for architecture. Even if they tone it down it is either going to be too low for the cheap item sellers or too high for the high end item sellers. That is our complaint and I think it is a fair complaint.
