Hello to all my fellow merchants out there. I have a real quick question for you.

Lets say I have a vender with a ton of stuff on him, I decide to pack up shop and move somewhere else. Do I need to retrieve each item individually from the vender or can I just pick it up and when I plop him down again will everything still be in place?

Not only is it gone, but it shows up in your available items list but is not retrievable.

Don't worry about it showing up as being in your stockroom & being unretrievable. After about a week, all of the stuff that I had like that in my stockroom disappeared - no credits, no stuff, no anything. I opened a ticket when I couldn't retrieve the stuff from the stockroom and was told 'known bug, tough luck' by a CSR. I asked for a refund (since it is their bug, it shouldn't be my problem) and a day or two later all the stuff that was 'ghosted' in my stockroom disappeared. Iassume they deleted it instead of giving me a refund.

I had the ghost stock room problem after being advised by a CSR to delete my vendor and put up a new one to get back items I couldnt retrieve . Yesterday the ingame CSR visited and gave me a full refund at fair market value for all the stock items stuck in limbo and an extra few cr for the trouble.

Whilst the items are still there and taking up space in my houses stock limit, they should all decay over the next few days and I will be able to get back in business again =)

Why cant they just let us move the vendors like all other items in a house?

And while they are at it, fix it so that we can move the other terminal vendors before they are initialized. Right now you have to distroy them to move them. Real smart!
