Merchant Archive

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but what if you were able to create fliyers to advertise your shop. They could be a special type of item and there could be a posterboard in area around the markets where people could post add to their shops. Now i don't think that everyone should be able to post there, maybe only merchants with a certain level skill, or artisans with a business skill.
