Merchant Archive

Is there anyway, being a merchant, to allow specified people to have 'admin' access on oneof your vendors? Can you transfer ownership of a vendor to another player? Does that person have to have the proper skill level to use it?

This would make it much easier so that master weaponsmiths/armorsmiths etc. can maintain their own inventory in one of my vendors and just pay my royalties so to speak.
