Merchant Archive

I was thinking about this, and merchants get skill in advertising. Why then, cant I just hire one to advertise for me (buy a contract that lasts X amount of time for advertisment on the planetary map by this merchant) or something like that. Seems like it would be a nice thing for merchants to have the ability to do, ability to advertise their own things, and also advertise for others if they are contracted out to do so.

Just an idea.
