My only suggestion is to log and come back 30 min later. Satchels/bags/backpacks are so bugged it seems. I store resources and organize using these, and all the sudden the contents disapear. After I log and come back, they're all there. This might be different regarding the server downtime. Just a thought.

Logging seems to also be the typical CSR response to everything to... isn't that annoying?!

I'm not a merchant myself, but I work with a "pure merchant" to wholesale my crafted items out. Usually, I have more than 25 items to give him at a time, so I place full packs up for offer on his vendor at our agreed-upon price. This has been working great -- until yesterday. After the 4 a.m. server downtime yesterday, all full packs retrieved from a vendor come into your inventory empty. When examined prior to retrieval, they show the proper quanity (i.e. 35/50), but after retrieval they are 0/50. Unless I'm hallucinating, this is directly related to the downtime, because a pack came across just fine about an hour before the downtime, but all packs retrieved afterwards have been empty.

Has anyone else run into this? Under what circumstances did the items ever return -- server reset, etc.?

Unfortunately, I lost about 80k of clothing to this. The resources can be easily replaced; I don't care about that. It's the time it took to craftthe stuffthat really gets my goat. CSRs can't reimburse my time.
