If I set up a droid vender, will it sell the whole stack to the first person to come along-regardless of how i split it?

I have read a few threads on this bug but peeps are saying use a vender machine, not an npc for resource sales. What about droids?

Droid and terminal vendors do not suffer from the resource bug. Be warned however that both droid and terminals dont currently work the same as NPC vendors as far as maintenance is concerned. NPC's cost 1 credit per half hour, where as terminals and droids seem to be a percentage of the total price of items on the merchant. I had 94K in resources for sale on my merchant, and was costing me 94 credits per half hour to keep the vendor running. I quickly took all the items out, and broke them into smaller lots to sell for 3K on the public bazaar :/
