I got two vendors, and have since had to drop merchant...I was wondering if I can drop all of business without losing control of my vendors...anyone have info for me?

Currently yes, but this will change. You are not supposed to be able to use a skill once you surrender this. This is an exploit.

Well hopefully they will add some features for being able to share vendors with Merchants...so merchants will be more then something a crafter learns to use a vendor in thier house...I personally wouldn't mind paying a small commission from my sales, if I could use a merchants vendor.
