Is there a "current" vendor guide, explaining the in and outs of Vendors and how they function somewhere??

Like admin rights, who can and can't use, cost, etc, etc...

But maybe you can answer this...

Player A gives Player B and C admin rights to the vendor... Can B and C, put things on the vendor?? Can they take things off the vendor??

What exactly do "admin" rights to a vendor do for another player if anything??

you cant give anyone admin access to a vendor.
