Hi Guys, quick question:

I want to put colors in the names of weapons I create, but I seem to be bugged. 2 weeks ago, I was able to say out loud, or put in an item this code: \#6699FF\ and anything after that would appear blue. It worked a few times... But now, all I get is a space inbetween my text, and the following text is white. It never changes. Could I be stuck in some funky text mode? Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, Num Lock are OFF. I've tried lots of things, rebooted of course, etc. I REALLY WANT COLORS!!! Please help...? Any suggestions?

This is true when I say things out loud, shout, name items, or send mail in-game. Thanks much!

From what I have personally heard from a CSR, we are not supposed to be changing the color of an item's name. However, it is ok for us to change the name on a house. But since I was told by a CSR that color changing object names isn't supposed to be ok, I won't spread the knowledge anymore.

...But I'm asking about even changing the color of spoken text. Or ANYTHING! I know the format, \#Hexcode, and it doesn't work for me. Let's say I'm trying to name a house then, if you have tips that might help...
