Thread: Other people placing vendors.. what admin rights do i give them so as i dont get robbed?
Thing is.. Im opening a PA HALL cantina / shop. I want people to place a few vendors inside it.. but i dont wanna give them complete access to everything inside the cantina. What do i do...?
I want them to be able to come inside, place the vendor where i tell them. They will have access to the vendor to restock it and whatever.. But thats it.
I dont want them to have access to other vendors.. OR to my furniture and stuff.. reason.. I dont wanna get robbed.
If anyone knows anything on how or what i can do.. Pls post a response.
They have to have Admin rights to place a vendor, so they will have access to all your furniture and anything else you have inside the house
But only the owner of a vendor can maintain and stock their vendor.
So, the vendors you let into your house will be completely safe, but you will be at their mercy.

They only have to have admin rights long enough to place the vendor. Go there put them on admin, watch them place the vendor then remove their admin rights. They don't have to have any special rights to manage the vendor in your shop once it is placed. Well they have to have entry rights but that is it.
As Doc mentions ... admin rights are *only* needed during the actual placement of the vendor and *not* in the day to day restocking of the vendor.
My PA has a Mall set up with lots of vendors from various members and I do not have admin rights to the building (after I placed my vendor) but have full access to the vendor's stockroom, offerand selling inventory.
You guys are wicked.. thanks a million.
Great tips.. that people need to know.
Thx again.
