Thread: Do you need to reside in the house you want an access fee on?

Ok, how do you actually put the access fee up? I cant seem to find anything anywhere on the structure terminal?

If you have Business II it should appear on the menu on the structure management terminal...as long as you eithe own the structure or are an admin.
Warning..if you aren't the owner of the building you will receive neither the money or the xp for the entry fee..it goes to the owner of the structure.

Just wondering if y ou need to set residence to a house that you want an access fee on, as i am having a hard time finding out how to set an access fee.

No, you do not need to be a resident.
You have the fee applied to multiple structures you own without even declaring residency anywhere.

Well I'd be better if I could remember that Access Fees are in Business I and not Business II.
You have to have Business I and admin on the structure.. the rest still applies (only the owner gets money or xp for the entry fee)
