Ok, I manage the Superstore for my guild. Right now I'm in the process of redecorating, and I need to move some vendors.

One of the vendors belongs to a guy that used to play but cancelled his account. I need to move this vendor but I can't since I'm not the owner.

Is there ANYTHING I can do besides redeeding the place?

The only thing other than redeeding is to try to get the CSR's to do it. They don't like to and they usually won't. They have been known to make an exception when the player has actually cancelled his account or deleteed his character

Tell them you're a minority and the name offends you.

Seems to do the trick with people's names.

Every time I log in I'm terrified they changed the game to Dance Dance Revolution without telling anyone after holding a "focus group"

Redesign your stores interior layout as to hide the vendor. Use reversed bookcases, structure modules or plants to cover him/her up. Hopefully this isnt a barking vendor...talking plants or furnturemight scare off customers

I submitted a ticket last night and logged on tonight and had a reply. Gave them a little bit more info and hopefully it should be worked out now!

I have this problem all the time. I run a couple of shps on Scylla. A CSRs will remove them if the account is inactive, the vendor is emptyand here is no maintenance left on the vendor.I think this is a bug.Vendors should dissappear like house and harvestors if they are out of maintenance, but they don't they just stay there forever. I would really love if the Devs fixed this one. I sure it will help with the database.

I did the same thing the other day, stacked up two Toolchests right on top of the offending empty deserted vendor. It really is better than having your customers click on it to find an empty vendor. I was tempted to name the toolchests "Dead Vendor Couffin" but refrained myself.
