Yesterday when I was restocking my vendors with buff packs, I stocked about 900 of them, and then went to my factories to get 900 more to stock. So I close my vendor screen, close my inventory and go to exit the shop. As soon as I got about 10m away from the vendor, I kept getting a message spammed to me.

The message read something of the sort:

"You have gone out of range from Vendor: Nimh's Buffs, closing interface now"

I recieved that message about 50 times a second. I couldn't read anything that appeared on my screen. So I go to the vendor and open it to see if that was the problem. Well I get within the 10m range and the message stops. So I open the vendor, close it again, and go to my factories for the buffs. The message came back everytime I passed the 10m mark.

The only way I could get rid of this message was to completly exit the game (a quick log didn't work).

I felt like I was on house arrest and couldn't step further than 10m from my vendor with out the authorities coming after me.

That was an old bug I remember seeing a few months back. SOE fixed with a hot fix within a week.

Send up a bug report. Sounds like they need to fix it again.

Again? It was never fixed cause i don't think i ever stopped experiencing that. I think some hotfixes just shove in junk code so make them look like fixes cause half the stuff we were told was fixed, even outside of merchant, still exist. Who here still get's kicked 20 to 180 meters from your bike when you dismount even though it was supposedly fixed
