I have noticed that over the last 24 hours (since the last server reboot) I have only been getting the 50 XP per view, not the150 xp per hour per vendor that I am supposed to get. I know it is handed out in lumps, but I have been online a lot of time, even standing in my house managing my vendors without getting any of the 21k xp I should have been getting. Is this normal?
I was sort of looking forward to getting advertising IV tonight, only to find myself 15k XP short..

have your vendors been loaded at the time of the xp update?
The xp update happens at a particular time each hour after the server comes up and all accumulation happens at that point. So even if they are loaded your past xp does not update until that time of the hour occurrs and only if the vendors are loaded at that time from my experience.
