First off let me tell you this.

I am a "very attention to details" kind of person.

I use my emails to keep very close track of all my sales etc.

This starting happeningafter this last update.

It may not be happening to you, but I have lost a lot of stuff in my stockroom that just "dropped out".

I immediately went to restock upon email notification, as always. My stockroom is totally empty.

I scrolled through every category under the stockroom and there is nothing there!

I just recieved a bunch of auction unsuccessful emails.

I went to my vendor to restock them, my stockroom was empty.

Are the vendors "eating" stock again?

be sure you have all highlighted and are at correct vendor

always our first mistake almost all us merchants make is having some catagory selected.

I know about that one. I had "all" selected.

I always make sure I select "all" before doing anything else.

Yes, a ticket is the best solution for you and do a /bug too so they can't play ping-pong with you. Andadd as much details as possible in both, mentioning you did the other action too, then they might decide to help since you'll already have done all you could do on your part. And I'm sorry for your lost and hope it gets better soon.
