I was wondering if someone coiuld offer some advice as Im not amerchant and I'm not sure exactly how vendors work.

I had an auction,dropped the winners item on his vendor and havent heard from im since.I have mailed him IG and out and stillnothing.I went back to try to pull it back off of his vendor but no dice.So when the times comes if he doesnt pay in a reasonable time what should I do to get my item back?

I must be mistaken but I thought in the past you could withdraw an offer?????

thanks for the help guys.I did email the person and i did try to remove it from the vendor but i must have been bugged and it wouldnt remove it.I will have to give it another try and if it doesnt work ill contact a csr and pray ,lol

you should get a menu to examine the item you have offered to the vendor on that menu you can withdraw the item

You can withdraw an offer, so long as you offer did not expire.

To withdraw an offer, you go to vendor you made offer to {must be same exact vendor}
select offers tab,
double click or select examine window,
use withdraw offer found on left bottem corner of the window,
item should load into your own inventory, if not check availble items tab and withdraw.

When you make an offer to a vendor there is a time limit on how long the item will sit there before deletion

If they do not accept the offer, reject the offer,or you did not retreive the item within that window *gone*

One reason anytime I offer an item I
email the vendor owner it is there {we get no notice of it being offered other then a sys mess if we are online}
include a time limit {3-5 days} for them to accept before you will remove item

if they do not respond or purchase within that time
withdraw the item and ignore their bids on next auction round.
