If he drops Merchant theitem is stuck on the vendor cause he/she cannot purchase it off the vendor because they can no longer control or manage it. But the vendor can still be interactable by outside parties. Meaning people can still buy items from the disabled vendor (disabled for the dropper). So if you have an item offered to a vendor that cannot be purchased cause the person dropped merchant i suggest you remove it from sale.

If they destroy the vendor, all offered items, stockroom items and sale items on the vendor are destroyed along with the vendor and the offered items arent returned to the offerer's inventory. The item is simply lost.

you have one month or whatever to get your item back before the vendor disappears
