I have a Master Weaponsmith/Master Merchant Alt Character, and I have vendors spread throughout the galaxy. I've noticed that it is very time consuming and very annoying to have to travel the entire galaxy, mainly just to check maintenance on the vendors.
What I thought of, was a Vendor Management Terminal. This Terminal, which I think should be available to a Novice Merchant, when placed, could tell you things such as, how many vendors you have, how many you are allowed, number of items on active vendors and other things such as maintenance rate, maintenance pool.
This is basically like a Structure Management Terminal, but instead of a one per home, there is one per merchant. It can be placed in a house, and the merchant is able to manage his/her vendors from the comfort of their own home.
The best thing of all is since that this Terminal isn't actually a vendor, it doesn't take up one of your vendor spots, and also requires no maintenance!
So anyway, tell me what you think, maybe we can get this implemented, so I don't go crazy when tending to my vendors.

Maintenence on vendors is very low. Maintenence on vendors can be withdrawn prior to deleting the vendor.
Why not just put 100k on each vendor and not have to worry about it for a very long time? That's what I do. No need for a vendor management terminal.
