Vendor / Bank Admin List
Bad idea.
First of all, this would provide added rewards to multi-account holders and place a further disadvantage on those that can't afford or want additional accounts. Although I have 2 accounts and would benefit from this, I don't wouldn't want to alienate single account holders.
Secondly, SWG would be opening themselves up for potential problems with people that are too trusting of other people. We all have personal stories about friendships and aquaintances that turn bad. Allowing people to freely dip into each other's cookie jars would cause more probelms than it would be worth IMO.
The Impound Lot
Not sure where you are going with this one. I was always under the impression that the disappearance of structures and items have always been a mystery. Why it disappeared and where it went is not known in most cases So I fail to see why an impound lot would help with this problem.
House Item Limit
I don't think you'll get much disagreement with this one. However, the question remains: How much is enough? Thats the true problem of agreement. SOE has to draw the line somewhere.
Vendor / Bank Admin List
I like the idea and think it could be reasonably well implemented. Many share houses already. With houses, you can make a person an admin, or just be allowed to enter the structure. With a vendor, you could allow full access to a well trusted person, or limited access, such as "load only" which would maybe allow others to sell items through your vendor at a % cost to you, but not touch your items for sale on your vendor...<--idea would require work.
The Impound Lot
Makes sense I guess. I know of lots of folks who have had to take unexpected breaks from the game and lost structures in that time period. An impound lot would be nice for recovering the millions of excellent resources that have been spilled out to the server gods as well as countless other items. On a similar note, I wish the game would force your to remove items from a vendor before allowing you to delete the vendor similar to houses. This would force vendors to accept or deny items offered and thereby remove the potential for griefing we vendor owners have with deleting vendors with offered items on them and would help to protect vendors from accidentally deleting items in the stockroom or in offered status.
House Item Limit
SWG has never allowed mule (multiple)accounts like so many are used to from other games. It has similar storage capacities to other games. It also allowed for an over-glut of storage from anyone who figured out and choseto poachvendors for storage before the merchant patch. For those who have been in the game for long periods of time, especially crafters with their countless stacks of resources, storage becomes an ever-increasing problem with lot limitations and house limitations. I am all for increasing the number of lots per user account to say 15 or modestly increasing the storage capacities per structure, but also see the issue of not knowing how much is enough.
