Merchant Archive

I would like to place a vendor in my house, for loot I acquire on my travels. Problem is my templet is set, and I dont have the Skill Points to get a vendor on my own.

Now my question is, If a merchant places a vendor in my house for me how much admin do I have on it? Will I be able to place and take out items offered to vendor, pay maintance? And will I be able to dress up the vendor on my own, like change the clothing on it every now and then?

Not the answer I was hoping for, but thank you for the response

There was a time REAL early in the game (if I remember correctly) when you could give other people admin to your vendors, but it's long since been removed.
