Okay, I just checked my skills as a Merchant and it seems like they've changed what Advertising IV again. Now it says that you can hire NPC's to shout out your ads. How do you hire NPC's and who are they ? Also, if you can hire NPC's for ad-barking, is it worth it ? I hope this isn't just a new way of saying you can use those droids for it, because that droid idea just didn't work out very good at all.
Oh, I've seen a few merchant tents that are a different colour - a light grey, how can you change this colour ?

You need Advertising 4 to use the merchant barker droids. I've never heard of NPCs you can hire. I'll have to check this out tonight!

Advertising NPCs were promised a long time ago and never delivered. The text you're seeing might well be left over from that.

I thought they took this out of the game a long time ago.
I wasn't far enough the merchant tree when it was still listed to be able to try it, tho.

To the best of my knowledge, it was never implemented at all. I could be wrong, though.

I think its referring to the droids ... because technically droids are non-player characters (npcs)....

Maybe 'now' it's referring to that, but originally it was supposed to be regular humanoid NPCs.
