I know you get the -20% for all maitenance on structures. My friend and I both have the box and I was wondering if this can be stacked, to give -40% on a structure. Thx in advance for help.

No, doesn't stack. It only works as a reduction in building maintenance of 20%, based upon the merchant being the last one to pay maintenance. However, works on all buildings, factories, harvesters.
