Is there a special trick to get items to go to the stockroom when you are withdrawing a sale or buying offered items?
Sometimes it works. Other times it ends up being retrieved into my inventory. This is especially frustrating if I'm accepting items I want to put up for sale immediately.
Please advise.

Whenever I buy an offered item it automatically goes into my inventory. Vice versa, whenever I withdrawl a sale it automatically goes into my stockroom. If you NEED items to go into your stockroom and are just looking for a "trick," just keep your inventory full. Simply unequiping your backpack can help you with that.

I love the "tricks" we come up with to bypass the lack of UI functionality. I do this same thing regularly. I dream of having options to group retrieve directly from sale to inventory, group addsets of products all at once with the same price, group retrieve to stockroom from sale by choice....I dream of not having to load and pull individual items to/from factories (hate not being able to group select those 82 components for a run of brandy and put them in the input hopper all at once), drag and drop groups of items from one hopper to another...
All in all the UI's not bad, but there are many time-saving measure that would make life easier for sure as well as a bit of confusing functionality like the original question. hijack over.
