I am the Director of Commerence at New Wookies Burg on Lok. My job is basically to add growth to markets there. Since being in office i am already establishing a second Mega Store at the Burg. I'm sure and positive that I'm not the only dir. out there so i would like to hear your tips on management and advertising. I feel right now that i am doing a damn good job putting in long hours on plans and such but I can always improve. So please share your wisdom with me and I appreciate it
