Thread: 7 day limit on vendors?
Just wondering if there has been any big petition or anything I can do to get this problem fixed.... I had a post on the general discusion and bumped it a lot (even though I hate bumping).... instead of the moderator passing it on to devs, they locked the post...
Just wondering if there has been any rumblings from the devs or anything really on this.... I probably could have searched for it, but hell im lazy right now and posting this will only get it more attention.
We mention it every chance we get. My understanding is that our very capable correspondant Marqie is pushing that very issue on the new correspondant boards.

I suspect what he meant to say what that it cuts down on database size. Which is true in certain cases, like if I quit and leave my 5 vendors full of 1000 items each. In a week or so those items are deleted and the database recovers that dead space. If maintenance worked properly this wouldn't be an issue however since the items would be deleted as soon as my maintenance had expired and my vendor fell bellow 1% condition.
