This may or may not have been brought up before, but this one got me again yesterday, and really erks me, especially in my current state:

If you have a backpack equipped and you double click on it to sell items out of it, there is not arrow to go back to the original inventory screen. You're stuck in your backpack everytime you attempt to sell something from youruntil you unequip it. This does not happen for small things that you cannot equip such as satchels and cargo pockets, there are arrows to "escape" from those.

Unless someone knows a work around, and even if they do, devs should just be aware that this should be fixed.

Yes, annoying. I usually just drop it and open it from there. Which actually works better in that all I need to do is quickly double click items in dropped packs to pull them into my inventory to sell or use, a bit easier.

Yeah, hehe, my problem is, I'm was and still am (though I know a way to get around it) in a position where I am maxed out in what I can carry, and I can't drop any more items in my house. I didn't check this morning, but, maybe after a server reset, it'll be okay.

You can open your backpack in a different window by choosing Open->Open in New Window from the radial menu. I do this because I have my backpack open all the time, since that's where I store all my factory crates for crafting. I wish they would make Open in New Window the default for double clicking though. Also, if I remember correctly, you can hit Alt (hide windows), then hit Alt again, and it's back to the inventory window, but I might be remembering that wrong.

I wish I had read your post before I spent a half hour trying to figure out how to get back main inventory........... I ended up moving into my backpack

Does the Open in New Window thing work for when you're in the vendor/bazaar window, though? The problem there is that if you open an equipped pack, it doesn't have an arrow to return to main inventory, because it doesn't *normally* need one. In this case it does, just because you are using the same window (the sell items window).

I've been bugging this since beta. We can only hope they fix it someday.
