Thread: GUESS WHAT RESOURCE VENDORS...It's relist time again (Pub 17)

Thanks to the devs once again messing with the database...we get to re-list everything again.........and again.........and again........


Well let mecorrect myself...I know for certain that all resources must be relisted as the item name doesnt show up anymore in the list of items for sale.


So you're selling Aluminum right now, not Aluminum (Epikote) until you pull the resourcesinto your inventory and resell them.


This effects both the bazaar and the vendors.


I do not know if this effects others than resource vendors, sorry.

I have reported this issue.


Does re-listing it from inventory correct the problem?

I'm already at work so I cannot check the re-listing (though I believe relisting does not fix the problem), but I thought of one more thing...


The number of units in the resource stack is also missing until you pull to your inventory (not stockroom) and resell.

Ok, I've checked and offering the item for sale from your inventory WILL fix the problem.
I had no resources on sale before the patch, so I do not know if simply relisting them from the stockroom will work.

I have pointed out that it is inhumane to ask merchants to un-list and re-list their items again(even if it's just resources this time) after we had to do it when the CU went live.
I have asked that they effort a fix on their end this time.

That being said, however, you can wait for a fix that may or may not come or you can get a jump on your competitors and re-list everything now.

Factory crates suffer the same fate

... And I'm SERIOUSLY questioning why I bother to bug things on TC 'prime' when its up... Saw this the first night the patch was there... bugged it in game, in the bug thread, and mailed QA so I'm sure the bug got filed, and PM'd Elyssa so she knew about it... but somehow, the bug report is either overlooked or not given a high enough priority to get fixed before the patch goes live.

So sorry to my customers out there.. but damned if i'm relisting 2 vendors worth of resources and 1 vendor full of pups and tool crates... just gonna have to deal

Relisting from the stock doesn't work.. inventory does.. =(

but this is just on the listed veiw, correct? you can still examine the item and see full description?

And another issue.........I just listed some new items on my vendors, and the correct description (name and number is displayed) can be viewed, however, it seems that the vendor emails on these new itmes still only say "steel" was sold for "x" credits but do not give a description of the name or amount sold.


So sick of relisting.............

AARGHH!!!!!!!!!!


I have to relist 100's of recources and crates again.


Does anyone at $OE actually test this crap they are pumping out? I mean seriously - this is getting annoying. If I used my real feelings about this my account would get banned for profanity.


Who the hell has time to play the game when you spend all your time relisting your wares after each publish - $OE bites chewable childrens asprins!
