I can not put a weapon into the vendors hand. Even tryed a cl 5 item and won't hold it. Are they considered cl 1 or what?

I had this same problem with Wookiee and Ithorian vendors not being able to hold any type of weapon.

Also, wookie vendor's don't seem to be able to be dressed in wookiee armor. I don't know about wookie clothes, but Ithorians can wear Ithorian armor, but Wookiee's don't seem to be able to accept any type.

I am glad that I just hand-crafted one of every type of wookie and Ithorian armor to give my vendors...

So they will just shoo me away when I try to give it to them.

Wookiee vendors cannot wear armour as its not classed as 'wookiee garb'.

I think all vendors are classed as CL1 so are unable to hold any weapon that requires a high CL level. Shame you can't invite them on hunts to help them level up...
