Thread: they got the item, i didn't get my money??? please help

i put an attachment on someones vendor and offered it for 16 million....she said she got the item and i didn't get paid
is this a bug? any ideas??

Did you get a mail telling it it had been sold?
Check the vendor, is it still on the 'offers to vendor' screen?
If not check the 'available items' page, is it there?
Money will go straight into your bank account, not cash, are you 100% sure you don't have it?
If you've checked all of them then contact a CSR who should be able to pull up the vendor's transaction history. When you write your ticket be sure to give them the name of the vendor, its waypoint and time/date of the item being offered.
Hopefully they will be able to help you
