How long will something stay in my vendor if offered to it? Will it dissappear if I dont get to it in a long while?

I think the offers stay there for 30 days, just like the sales do.

I don't think that is correct. I believe they are auto rejected after a week. I haven't tested this theory though.

Ok, if I do reject the sale, how long will they stay in there if the person doesnt come back for them?

I think it is supposed to be 7 days. (Everything was 7 days at one time) but again I can't tell you for sure because I haven't tested this out in ages.

Long enough to be really irritating to whoever made the offer, if he wants the bazaar slot it uses. And it stays there that long (though no longer retrievable) even if you delete the vendor. I had a bad experience with that near day one, and it has made me reluctant to make vendor offers if I don't have it pre-arranged.

I make a practice of sending the offerer an email explaining why it was rejected along with a waypoint. The reject email he gets doesn't (at least didn't a long time ago) contain one. I also explain to him that it is no skin off my nose if he doesn't pick it up, but he will be losing a bazaar slot.

Usually, if the item is cheap, I just buy it and send him an email saying what I want to buy, at what price, and that he should email me if he wants to negotiate. Never had a second problem, and an occasional tip for the price difference (well, once). Better to make a friend for a few credits, than to cause him trouble.
