Thread: If I have admin on a house someone else owns and they quit, can I continue paying maintenance?

Thought this would be something the merchants might know better than others.
If I have vendors in another players house and he quits the game, can I continue to pay the maintenance on the building to keep it in the world?
Would appreciate some info on this.

Yes, this is possible. I payed maintenence intoa friend's housefor several months after he quit.

as long as they dont delete their character then yes u can until SOE deletes his account ( when the house disappears )

Just remember that six months to the day after the account expired, the house will go poof no matter how much maintenance is in it.

One of my friends went on active duty to Iraq and had teh house paid for a very long time... It disappeared after 6 months even though it still had maintenance in it, so I would guess that is the limit...
