To start this forum page off i would like to state that i am not a merchent so i am sorry for steeping in your area but i need some of my questions awnsered. I am a mayor of a small city and i have a merchent friend and citizen. I want to place some vendors in my city hall and he is the only merchent that can do it. First of all i ask you how dose he put them in the city hall? Dose he have to be part of the miltia? I heard that merchents sell vendors how dose that work? Second can you make two different vendors have a conversation where one can talk more than once? Thrid can you make vendors sit in chairs or in postions we can do in the games? Any more info about vendors would be very helpful.

To answer some of your questions:

1. I don't believe he will be able to drop in a city hall only a PA hall as you can't give anybody admin rights in City Hall only the mayor can place things.

2.Merchants cannot sell vendors, they have to belong to you and only you can load them and receive the money.

3. Convesation are set per say. You can program your vendor with a customize statement but no guarantee they will even go off. There kinda flaky and tempermental.

4. You cannot sit your vendor you drop them an that is that there is no positioning of vendors at all. All you can do once you drop them is rotate them but if you use them with ad barking they will move around on there own to face whom ever is around. That is if there in the mood hehe.
