Everytime I pay maintenance on my home, the condition never improves and my house just eats the credits I put in. This happened to me once before and I thought the house was bugged, but now my new home is doing the same thing.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?

as far as I know the vendor still works even though maintenance in 'on negative' so to speak. Yet another bug that hopefully will be fixed soon.
And the reason it still says for example "15.467 to repair" is because the vendor hasn't updated yet. After you pay the vendor it will take awhile beforeit will take the credits... some time cycle I guess.

My vendor went to negative and took damage and nobody could offer items to my vendor until I paid the maint on it.

Do you really have to pay maintenace? I needed to repair mine, so I threw some money in, now the maintenance pool is really high, but the (15k credits to repair) is still there. So.. curious if its neccessary to even pay maintanence.
