I've started pulling alot of thing off the vendors, I know a lot of crafter/merchants doing the same... to everyone else good luck...

These are not pub 10 items as far as I can tell...that would be pretty low sneaking them in sooooo fast. I would assume since these hit the TC on friday that the pub 10 code was already locked down.

Oh sweet Wednesday, gives me just a bit more time almost finished, I heard it was tommorow.... but I could be wrong...

Publish 10 is still a couple of weeks away from going live. Remember, the main focus of Pub 10 is the revamp for becoming Force Sensitive/Jedi. That will need ALOT of testing before going to the live servers.
Also, even if these current limits go live as is, it would be total suicide for SOE to simply delete items over the cap. For one thing, all of those players that don't read the forums (and there are ALOT of them) would be caught completely unawares. What will most likely happen when limits are put in is you won't be able to add anything to vendors while over the cap. Nothing will go poof.
