I would think this would be fairly easy to do given the current vendor interfaces. Add a skill to the Merchant tree somewhere called consignement, This would basically allow you to set a consignment fee (% of sale price)on a vendor and then give consignement rights to certain players. These players could then list items for sale on the vendor with the % of the sale price automatically taken out and given to merchant.
