Thread: Vendors disappearing constantly CSRs noticed but can't help

Hi,
first: my english is not the best; so excuse.
We have had some big troubles in our mall for some time right now, that won't stop as it seems. First time it happened was after patch 11.2 afair:
Vendors just disappear for no reasons in the front of you. Usually they come back after 3-5 hours of at least at server restarts (at least: thats the only good thing). The owners of the vendors and myself wrote several tickets and a CSR that was there when it happened again, was clueless. It has happened also to other malls on my server (Chimaera) and it seems to be a server-boarder issue. In that case our Mall is maybe placed between a such a server-line.
However - some Vendors just ghost away and can't be used for some time. Does anybody else have such strange bugs or is it really just here and has to do with our building/placement/whatever? I hope it get fixed soon, because we use to have many costumers and we wont disappoint them. :-)

We've heard of this happening from time to time to a lot of merchants. I's personally happened to me once with one of my vendors. Other people have it happen to them often. Server boundries are the usual scapegoat for problems like this. I don't know what else do but report it each time and hope that the more data the Devs get on it the closer they will be to finding the issue and a soltuion.

GAhh its the worst,.. I wanted to go shoping there one time and they where all gone.. i thought they moved but i found out its a bug..
::breaks out fly swatter and squishes bug
If only it was that easy.. and yes its a server boundry thing as my freind was right on one and his uses to vanish all the time and not come back till server restart

server boundaries are evil...
